Product Availability
We utilize over 50,000 square feet of quality glass warehoused in Connecticut, Los Angeles and overseas. Although we try to anticipate customer demand and ensure that the styles and sizes you want are in stock in sufficient quantities, we do run out of certain items occasionally. Usually we have replacement inventory on the water moving towards us when this happens, meaning replenishment is less than 30 days away. In the case of Libbey and Anchor Hocking products, we order very frequently and enjoy next day delivery from their factories. Large quantity orders may be reserved and set aside in our  warehouses or shipped to you directly, if your order meets the minimum quantity to stuff a 40' ocean container.

However, to ensure that reserved product is available when you need it, you must request an email from us confirming any such arrangement. Call us for more details. We are very flexible with required stocking quantities on our warehouse floor provided they are reasonable amounts. If your larger retail accounts require you to have a specified amount of product available, but you do not have the space to stock the glass jars or wax onsite, we can keep enough on hand to meet your needs but this arrangement must be made and agreed upon in advance. Please do not take on a project requiring us to hold excess or guaranteed inventory quantities of specified items without speaking with Jar Store management first and confirming that space is available.
Product Packaging
All China jars are packaged by the manufacturer to our specifications, usually between 24 and 48 units per master carton. Within each master carton, the jars are further packaged in inner cases containing a dozen jars. Our minimum order is a master carton. This helps hold labor costs down and takes advantage of the excellent packaging done by the manufacturer to prevent breakage during shipping.
Payment Options
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and any bank debit cards that process through MasterCard or Visa. Personal and company checks are also accepted, but we must wait for them to clear prior to shipping your order. Money orders, wire transfers and bank checks will be treated as cash.
Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping without charge. Once shipped, you may return the shipment which will then be subject to our Returns policy.
