I'm really interested in your candle containers. Can you send me a set of glass jars for testing?
We'd be happy to furnish you with a single set of glass jars for testing purposes, but you must call us first to set up an account with our customer service department. We need to gather some detailed information on your candle making business before processing a sample request.
Do I have to pay for samples?
We charge a flat fee of $20 per set of samples which includes up to 4 jars of your choice, shipping and handling. However, if you require a significant quantity of samples for testing or marketing purposes, we would ask that you pay for those samples in addition to shipping and handling charges incurred on your behalf.
How long will it take to receive my samples once I send you my request?
If your request is processed by 12PM EST, the sample jars will ship same day via UPS ground and arrive within 1-5 business days based on your distance from Connecticut.
How will I be notified when the samples have shipped?
If you have provided us with a valid email address at the time of your request, UPS will send you a tracking number and a hyperlink to the tracking portion of their website as soon as the shipment is entered into the UPS Worldship system.
